I believe that therapy is at its core a human relationship. I view therapy to be a collaborative process that requires the foundation of trust to build a safe and connected therapeutic space. I value a strengths-based, emotion-focused, interpersonal, and compassionate approach to person-centered care. Mental and physical health are closely interconnected. My goal is to help clients in improving their overall health/wellness at the interplay between the mind, body, and heart. My integrative approach is anchored in evidence-based treatments and draws from a range of therapies and concepts to promote clients’ psychological/emotional function.
I have a keen interest in examining the dynamic interactions between factors within clients’ key life roles, contexts, and relationships, including their couple and/or family systems.
